• applications system design on the scratch
• strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Linux
• subversion, mercurial, trac, other/any
• code writing culture, coding rules flexibility
• writing documentation and creating technical assignments
• experience in human resources (hiring, resume handling)
• 100% fluent in English, ready to communicate/conference through skype
